Shareikna provides a platform for discovering and organizing events, but does not supervise or verify the accuracy of event listings or the conduct of event participants. You acknowledge that your participation in events organized through the platform is at your own risk. You are encouraged to take reasonable safety precautions when meeting new people or attending events.
Shareikna reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content or account that violates these terms or our community standards. We may suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited conduct at our discretion, with or without notice where appropriate. We are not obligated to return or restore removed content.
The Shareikna name, logo, brand assets, and service design are proprietary. These terms do not grant you any right to use our brand assets, trademarks, or trade dress without prior written permission. The software and infrastructure powering the service are the property of Shareikna and its licensors.
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Shareikna will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's account settings or the Manage Account page on this website, or by contacting support for help. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding content licences, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of Shareikna after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
